Molly Harten, a Mankato native, has loved theatre since childhood, when she would visit her grandparents in Chicago and take in the productions at the Goodman Theatre. She became actively involved during college at St. Mary’s University in Winona, serving as secretary for the Burbage Players student-run theatre group, performing in several productions, and making friends for life! After a bit of a dry spell, she became active in community theatre as a not-so-young adult, most recently appearing in The Music Man, The Sound of Music, Godspell, Seussical, Little Shop of Horrors (at Lyric Arts) and Willy Wonka. She loves to sing and will do karaoke anytime, anywhere! Recently she became a member of the Elizabethan Syngers madrigal group. She is honored to be a part of the Lyric Arts Actors’ Council and hopes to be back on the Lyric stage again soon. By day, Molly is a Customer Experience Lead at Banana Republic/Arbor Lakes, and enjoys travel, reading, writing, bicycling, and x-c skiing.
Molly Harten has been a member of the Actor’s Council since 2oo9.
