Right you are sir, but the playwright seems to have been a bit lazy on the first few pages of the script where he writes &quot;About 1850&quot; as the time.  So following suit, that&#039;s what Lyric Arts is quoting.  Had we not, we wouldn&#039;t have been able to hear from you!</description>
