Attention Group Leaders! You can start reserving your 2011-2012 group tickets on Monday, August 22! Just fill out the group interest form and just sit back and relax. A member of the Box Office staff will contact you to finalize your group order.
Bringing your group to the Main Street Stage is easy and convenient! We welcome groups of all kinds; Co-workers, family gatherings, church groups, social clubs, the options are endless. Just find 15 or more of your friends, neighbors, co-workers, red hatters, or 15 guests off the street and join us for an evening at Lyric Arts Main Street Stage.
2010-2012 Group Rates
Rates: Any group of 15 or larger will receive a 15% discount on their tickets. Ticket prices vary depending on seating preference, production, and day of the week. Please contact the Main Street Stage Box Office for prices.
Note: Group Rates are not available for the Music in the ‘Burbs series or our Mainly for Kids productions.
Booking Group Tickets
There are three convenient ways to book your group today!
1. Contact the box office at 763-422-1838 Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
2. E-mail your request to boxoffice@lyricarts.org. Group tickets can only be reserved Monday-Friday, 10:00am-5:00pm.
3. Fill out the group interest form.
It is easy to book your group for any of our regular season productions:
Reservations—Contact the box office with the date and time you would like to attend the performance, as well as the number of seats you would like to reserve. We will put your seats on hold and send a written contact via email confirming your order.
Final Payment Due Date—The final payment is due three weeks before your performance or two weeks before opening night, whichever comes soonest. Final count and payment must be made by 5:00 p.m. on the due date, or seats will be released and a $100 fee will be charged.
Payment Method—Payment can be made with a single check (made payable to Lyric Arts) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) as well as cash. Please note that to receive the group discount only one payment form may be accepted.
