By Phone: To charge your tickets by phone (763-422-1838), call the Main Street Stage Box Office during regular business hours. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover will be accepted.
In the event that your call is sent to voice mail, please leave a message so that we can return your call as soon as possible. Calls are returned in the order received and will always be answered within 24 hours. Seats cannot be reserved without purchase.
By Mail: To order tickets by mail, simply fill out this order form and send it to the Main Street Stage Box Office (420 E Main St, Anoka, MN 55303) along with your check, money order, or credit card information.
All tickets being mailed out are charged at $0.50 shipping fee
In Person: Tickets may be purchased in person during regular business hours listed above, or 90 minutes before curtain on show nights.
Buy Tickets Online: You can buy tickets to any Main Street Stage Production and workshop online. To purchase tickets to any single show, just visit the Plays and Events page and click on the show you would like to attend or click on the buy tickets online button to the left.
There is a $1-$3 per ticket transaction fee that applies to all online sales. The fee assists the Lyric Arts Company of Anoka with ticketing operations.
Processing Fees:
Tickets purchased for all productions and events held at the Main Street Stage are subject to a non-refundable per order processing fee. These fees are necessary to offset ticket order processing service fees, ticketing vendor fees, internet provider services, ticket stock and other ticket expenses. These fees are always non-refundable regardless of cancellations or postponements.
Note: Due to the high volume of traffic in our lobby, it not always possible for our box office staff to answer phone calls on performance nights. In addition, messages left after regular business hours on Friday may not be returned until the following Monday. Therefore, it is best to make phone orders during regular business hours as listed above.
All tickets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged (with at least two business days’ advance notice) for tickets to another available performance of the same production. A fee of $2 per ticket will be charged for exchanges, which must be made during regular business hours.
Tickets that are not being used may be turned in to the box office at least 30 minutes before show time as a donation to the theater.
