Lyric Arts is going green…and saving green, too!
Here at Lyric Arts we know we can have a big impact on the environment. That’s why we are spending time thinking of ways we can be an eco-friendly organization that can help the earth and save a little green too!
We want to help our audiences live better lives every day, too, and that means giving you easy ways to save the planet, save Lyric Arts some money, and still get you all the Lyric Arts information that you crave!
Fact: Sending a household one season’s worth of Lyric Arts material costs $8.25…so if even half of the households switched to e-mail only, Lyric Arts would save over $20,000 per season!
Fact: Persons on our e-mail list receive much, much more information than persons on our “post office mailing list alone” receive.
Fact: If every person recycled their program after every performance, Lyric Arts would save $20,358 per season!
Fact: Persons on our e-mail list receive discounts and inside deals that persons on our “post office mailing list alone” do not.
Fact: Persons on our e-mail list receive up to the minute information that persons on our “post office mailing list alone” do not receive until days (or weeks) later.
How you can help Lyric Arts go green!
1. Call 763-433-2510 ext. 101 or e-mail info@lyricarts.org and say that you only want to be on the e-mail list, and we don’t have to send you things in the mail.
2. Have your ticket confirmation sent to you via e-mail (not mailed or will call).
3. If you already receive our e-mail newsletter, update your profile to ensure Lyric Arts is sending you exactly what you want! (www.lyricarts.org, then click on “Subscribe to E-News” and follow the instructions).
4. Recycle your (nicely kept) program after a performance.
