14th Annual Cabaret Fundraiser

Another Lyric Arts Salute to Broadway Musicals We Can’t Afford to Produce

Once again on May 10 and 11, the Lyric Arts Main Street Stage will be transformed into “The Great White Way” for our Cabaret 2013 Fundraiser event.  Attendees are treated to a night on the town with our fantastic variety show:

A Lyric Arts Salute to Broadway Musicals We Can’t Afford to Produce.

This is Lyric Arts’ only fundraising event of the year and we can’t wait for you to be a part of it! The time to get involved is right now, either as an attendee, volunteer, donor…or all three! And, by request we’re bringing back another way to get involved…event sponsorship!

The Big Event

Doors open at 6:00 pm, giving you plenty of time to peruse the silent auction, play a game, browse the “Buy It Now” Boutique, buy a raffle ticket, or play one of our fantastic lobby games.  At 7:30, the curtains open on the show itself!

Please note, due to space restrictions, we are unable to provide seating in our lobby for this event. Doors to the lobby open at 6:00; doors to the theater open at 6:45.

Peruse the Silent Auction!

Each year our silent auction is packed with gift baskets and other items of donated by local businesses, area performing arts organizations, and other Lyric Arts’ supporters.  We will list items as they come in!

Plus, if you attend the event on Friday night and would like to continue bidding on items that close out on Saturday, proxy bid forms are available!  Simply fill one out and a member of the Lyric Arts Board of Directors or staff will bid on your selected items for you.  Contact Jessica at 763-433-2510, ext 109 or jessica@lyricarts.org for details, or to ask about pre-registering a bidding number!

It may be early, but items are already being donated! Check back to see a sample of the goodies!

Browse the “Buy It Now” Boutique!

Back by popular demand! If the constant bidding required for the silent auction doesn’t excite you, we will have a number of items for sale at our “Buy It Now” Boutique where you can pay for them and take them home without all the competition!

Buy a Raffle Ticket!

Every year, we raffle off an extra special prize each night right here in our lobby. Valued at over $300, it’s our extra special Cabaret Celebration Package.  This package includes two box seats to the theatrical production of your choice during our 2012-2013 Season and a Celebration Package featuring sparkling or premium wine; desserts from Truffles and Tortes; a personal valet; and coffee, soda and snacks from the Concessions Stand!

Play a Game!

There’s going to be plenty of games to play throughout the evening! We’re bringing back the popular wall of wine game. Donate $10 and you get to choose a packaged bottle of wine for your thank you. You’re guaranteed to win a bottle valued at a minimum of $10, but we’ll have some expensive goodies hidden in there too.

This year we’ll be introducing a brand new game Tip Your Top Hat! You’ll have the chance to win one of our fabulous donated gift certificates.
