About the “Making a Scene” Event
The “Making a Scene” mural will be designed and drawn by local artist Carole Bersin. Carole has designed the mural to reflect both Lyric Arts as well as the Anoka community. Bersin will be on hand throughout the weekend to assist in the painting of the mural. All guests ages 12 and up are invited to participate in painting. Those under 12 are invited to partake in a special “Kids Mural” project.
“Make a Scene” of your own!
To help us “Make a Scene,” we want to see you “Make a Scene!” Stop by our booth at Anoka Riverfest and for only $1, we will provide you with the necessary props, take your picture, and send it to you via email. For $5 that same picture will be included on a photo collage that will be on display in our lobby.
If you can’t make it to Riverfest, don’t worry! Pictures will also be taken at every performance of Footloose and at the Making a Scene event!
