Little Kids Workshops (Ages 4-6)
Our Little Kids program offers young children an opportunity to try out the world of theater. Students will build self-confidence, learn how to use their imagination and creativity to tell stories, and explore the arts through dramatic play. In our STORYtheater workshops, we work with our students to create their own modest, unique stage adaptations of picture books. Students in our Skills & Craft workshops dig a little deeper into fundamental artistic skills such as using tools and materials imaginatively or learning how to take creative risks. Our workshops are welcoming and supportive to kids with all levels of experience, whether it's their first time in a theater class or they've been singing and dancing all their young life!
Kidz Bop: Halloween Hits
Do your kids love Halloween as much as we do at Lyric Arts? Come play with us as we move and groove through the wildly popular Kidz Bop album dedicated to Halloween. In this workshop young actors have fun learning fundamentals of musical theater—strong voices, expressive movement, and character creation—just in time to try out their next Halloween costumes.

Dr. Seuss Station - FULL
Did you ever wonder how the Lorax zimmers with sneedles, or how the Sneetches love to wear their wuzzers with kleekles? Would you like to ask the Cat in the Hat what’s a gnat doing on the back of a bat? Dr. Seuss stories teach kids the fun of words with imaginary characters and in this brand new workshop Little Kids will have fun exploring a new Dr. Seuss story and learning fundamentals of speaking and acting on stage while creating their own characters and silly version of a Dr. Seuss story.
