About Director Matt McNabb

Matthew McNabb made his directing debut with Lyric Arts’ 2005 production of The Pirates of Penzance.  Since then, he had directed several productions across the Twin Cities and North Metro including Assassins, Into The Woods, Wit, High School Musical, Les Miserables, The Exonerated and Lyric Arts’ 2007 production of Wait Until Dark. In 2006, he directed the World Premiere of To The Moon, and original musical based on Cyrano de Bergerac. He has also performed and designed for the Lakeshore Players, the University of Minnesota, Four Humors Theatre, and the Northern Symphony Orchestra. He is currently the head of the Anoka High School Theatre Department. Matthew is honored to be back at Lyric Arts!
