Did you know that the Scene Shop is also the Orchestra Pit for most of our musicals? Everything is controlled by a video camera on the stage and on the Musical Conductor. Ok, I’m hooked. This was a great way to introduce me to Lyric Arts. I have tickets for All Shook Up, my first show at the Lyric Arts but I am certin, even before I see the curtain go up, that it will not be my last. Thank you for this wonderful, albeit I am sure small, look at what you do to make a show happen.

Great to be down in the trenches with Patrick, Don, Pat, and Taylor building the set for “All Shook Up”. Even better seeing the cast rock the show so tough! Thanks to my Lyrics Arts peeps – Paula, Patrick, Laura, Joanna and…oh yeah, Erin for welcoming me into the fold. Looking forward to getting a whole bunch more t-shirts sweaty with honest-to-goodness scene shop labor!
