The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee

There is very little physical violence onstage or offstage and all of it is intended to serve the satirical style of this musical. There are a few references to bullies and schoolyard beatings. There is a minor scuffle between contestants involving the threat of an attack by food allergy.
Sexual references are limited to a song lamenting the distractions of the onset of puberty, specifically unwelcome and untimely erections and a brief reference to growing breasts.
