WORKSHOP POLICIES

REGISTRATION
will be taken by phone, by mail, or in person. If registering by mail, you
will receive a phone call at the time your registration is confirmed. You
will also receive a confirmation letter prior to the beginning of your
course, (approximately one week in advance), providing you with additional
information, e.g., curriculum, what to expect, where to meet on the first
day, what to bring, what to wear, etc.
BY MAIL:
Send completed registration form and full payment to Lyric Arts Company, 420

BY PHONE:
Call Lyric Arts at 763-433-2510, extension 101. Phone registrations must be
charged to Visa MasterCard, or Discover. The signed form must be mailed to
Lyric Arts to finalize registration. Or, fax completed form to Lyric Arts
at 763.712.3206
IN PERSON:
Simply visit the Main Street Stage Box Office during regular business hours
(10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday) with completed registration form and
payment.
PAYMENT:
You may reserve your space in a workshop with a payment of 50% of total
tuition fee. Subsequently, full payment will be required one week before
the first day of class. Special arrangements, such as payment plans, are
available. Please make checks payable to Lyric Arts.
DISCOUNTS:
Lyric Arts offers three types of discounts on workshop tuition when paying
in full at the time of registration.
Early Registration
Discount: Receive a discount when registering with full payment by the
early registration deadline. Deadlines and discount amounts vary. Please
refer to full workshop listings for details.
Cash/Check Discount:
Receive a $5.00 discount off total tuition when registering with full
payment made using cash or check.
Multi-Class Discount:
Receive discount of 5% off total tuition when registering with full payment
for two or more workshops.
REFUNDS:
If you cancel your paid registration at least two weeks before the workshop
begins, Lyric Arts will refund your tuition in full. If you cancel less
than two weeks before the workshop begins, we will refund your tuition less
a $50 registration charge. We want all students to be satisfied with their
experience at Lyric Arts. If, after the second day of class, you decide not
to continue, we will refund your tuition less a $50 registration charge.
After the second day of class, no refunds will be given. Lyric Arts
reserves the right to distribute refunds in the form of gift certificates.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS:
In the event that enrollment for a particular workshop is insufficient,
Lyric Arts reserves the right to cancel any workshop. Minimum enrollment
must be reached by 5:00 p.m., three business days prior to date of first
session. You will be contacted as soon as possible and a full refund of
tuition will be made.
SESSION CANCELLATIONS:
In the event that a single session of a workshop must be
cancelled due to instructor illness, inclement weather, etc., Lyric Arts
will call each phone number provided by registrant. Calls will be made at
least three hours before the session’s scheduled start time.
RETURNED CHECKS:
A service charge of $30 will be applied to any returned check.
CLASS TIME: Please pay close attention the end of class time and pick
your student up promptly. Lyric Arts will charge $1 per minute as a late
fee starting ten minutes (Lyric Arts’ time) after the end of a workshop,
payable to the class instructor.
AGE RANGES:
Age ranges for all workshops are firm. |
